So far, my experience has been pretty solid. Support tickets are answered quickly; usually with follow-up questions about my current server setup, and the pricing is fair. There was a brief uptime issue (less than an hour), but I only noticed because I happened to be actively working on the server at the time. It doesn’t appear to be a recurring problem.
One issue I’ve seen is high ping for players connecting from outside the U.S., but that’s to be expected with a single server location. Adding additional VMs in other regions (like Europe) seems to resolve that, and at around $4/month, it’s not a bad investment. Realistically, if even one player per month buys an add-on pack, it covers the cost.
Time will tell if this host ends up being the best option long-term, but from what I’ve seen so far, it’s on par with higher-end Minecraft hosting providers.

This is the only one hosting where we get all access in cheap price also this server's ping is moderated , there is no issue exept one that is sharing files is very slow also your friendly customer

For now it is very cheap and good option how to play with your friends, server dont have any lags everything is working good. Nice service easy to start.
