This guide will show you how you can create a refund request ticket. Refunds only apply for valid reasons or valid automatic transactions.
The first step is to go to Scalacube.com and log into your account.
Next, go to the "Support" page and click on "New Ticket".
Select your ticket subject as "Refund Payment / Cancel Subscription".
To Refund a payment on an existing account:
Select the purchase you wish to Refund.
To Refund a payment on a newly created account:
To locate your account and refund your payment or cancel your subscription, we need your payment details: the date, the amount, the last 4 numbers of your credit/debit card, or your Paypal account email.
Please give a detailed explanation of your refund request. Payments made more than a couple of months ago are less likely to get refunded, especially if you used your server after your payment.
Once the requested details have been filled, send your ticket and wait for a support staff member to respond to your request. Tickets are answered within minutes.

- Choose Refund Payment / Cancel Subscription
- Select your payment and explain reason
- Send Refund request
