The first step is to go to Scalacube.com
On the bottom right we can see the "Live chat" option.
Click on the "Online" button and enter your message.
Your question will be answered in a matter of minutes.
Keep in mind that this is a presale chat and is used more for questions regarding your server before purchase. If you are experiencing issues with your server, the ticket section should be used instead.
To contact the support staff through the ticket section, log in to your account from the Scalacube.com website.
Once logged in, make your way to "Support" on the left tab.
Click on "New ticket" and fill in your issue or question related to your server.
The Scalacube staff will answer in the first possible moment from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
