The Rust Gather Manager plugin allows you to modify the number of resources players gain from different areas.
The first step is to go to the UMod plugin page and download the plugin.

Next, go to Scalacube.com and log in to your account.
Click on "Servers" and then click on "Manage server"
Make sure you have an Oxide server installed, as only that one supports plugins.
Click on "Manage".
Go to the "File Manager" and locate the path "Oxide/plugins"
Click on "Upload" and place the downloaded plugin file into this directory.
Go back, and "Reboot" your server so the plugin would get loaded.
After your server has restarted, connect to your server via RCON and locate the "Console" area.
Enter the specified commands into the console one by one. These commands will change your gather rate at once.
gather.rate pickup * 5
gather.rate quarry * 5
gather.rate survey * 5
dispenser.scale tree 5
dispenser.scale ore 5
dispenser.scale corpse 5
gather.rate dispenser * 5
If the command is entered correctly, the console will respond with "You have set the resource amount". If you require a different amount, the 5 can be changed to another value.
Summary:
- Log into website
- Go to Servers - Manage server - Manage
- Make sure Oxide is installed
- Go to File Manager and upload plugin
- Reboot server
- Configure via RCON console
