The first step is to go to Scalacube.com and log in to your account.
Click on "Servers" and then "Manage server".
Click "Manage" again.
How to identify the error
Go to the "Console" on the left tab.
If the console is filled with "Can't keep up" error messages, then the server is skipping ticks to catch up and this will be impacted in-game.
In-game it will most likely feel like everything is delayed, including your actions and mobs, etc.
