When your mods are out of date or are not functioning correctly, it might not always help when just removing the installed mods from the command line. You must also remove any existing installed mods from the install folder directly so they can be added as a fresh install by the server.
The first step is to go to Scalacube.com and log in to your account.
After this is done, go to "Servers", click on "Manage server".
Click on "Manage" again.
Shut down your server by clicking on "Turn off" and wait for the process to finish.
Locate "Settings" on the left tab and enter it.
If you wish to remove the mod completely without it reinstalling again, scroll down and locate the "Mods" field and remove the Mod ID from that field and save your changes. This is optional.
Next, to remove the installed mod files, click on "File manager".
Go to ShooterGame/Content/Mods and delete the files matching your Mod ID.
Next, go back and start your server, and you are done.
Summary:
