The mobile version of Once Human by NetEase Games will launch officially on April 23rd, 2025. The PC version of this game launched in July 2024, gaining millions of players, and now its mobile version has more than 30 million pre-registrations.
Before releasing the Once Human mobile version, NetEase rolled out important updates to enhance the overall gameplay experience for mobile users. Since March, all Non-Shutdown Servers have allowed players to continue their games without any service stops or interruptions. Starting on March 27th, the Cross-Character Sharing functionality will be activated, thereby permitting the sharing of resources between characters belonging to the same account.
Instead of just a basic port, the mobile version of Once Human will expand by adding new and fresh content. The gameplay adds three new scenarios: Code: Purification, Code: Deviation, and Code: Broken, which will be available as a limited-time PvP event. The three limited versions of the game will enter early access before achieving their final integration status.
Once Human will add a cross-platform feature which allows multiplayer gaming between PC and mobile devices to provide smooth transitions between platforms. A console release for the game is under development by NetEase while specific launch information remains undisclosed.
