The latest Hotfix 1.2.2 release by Warhorse Studios focuses on gameplay quality improvements and various platform bug fixes for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. A bug related to trespassing in the rental rooms is now fixed, as returning to previously explored zones no longer produces false trespassing warnings. The patch also fixes the Goatskin disappearing issue, which occurred specifically when players loaded saved files from previous game sessions. As requested numerous times by the community, the 'New Game' button from the pause menu has now been removed to prevent accidentally deleting the saved game data.
On PS5, the update addresses visual problems in Performance mode while also fixing the broken menu problem that arises after players interact with the barber section on PCs. Since its prior major release, Patch 1.2, in March, the developers delivered more than a thousand fixes together with the highly anticipated barbers addition in Zhelejov and Guttenberg. Changing either the hair or beard provides Henry with temporary charisma enhancement in addition to aesthetic effects.
This patch handles various problems, but it does not solve every issue. The remaining graphical issues contain static rain and visible seams that appear on NPCs. Warhorse Studio has officially recognized these issues and is promising alternate updates in the upcoming period. Summer will bring "Brushes with Death" as the upcoming DLC, while two additional expansions will follow during the year.
Hotfix 1.2.2 successfully resolves multiple issues like dialogs in quests and user interface problems along with permission and visual problems specific to individual platforms.
Not yet, as some effects like rain and textures still need work.
Summer brings in the upcoming DLC “Brushes with Death,” followed by additional content for fall and winter.
