Elden Ring fans have a new character to satiate their desire in the upcoming PvE co-op spin-off, Nightreign. Finally, the Duchess was revealed as a skilled combatant known for her flair for high-speed, dramatic attacks.

It also differs from the base game’s endlessly customizable character builds as Nightreign comes with predetermined heroes, though Duchess is the only one of these to lean towards a playstyle that focuses on dexterity. From her skills in Restage and Finale, she appears to be fast and combo-oriented, with Restage possibly helping her facilitate quick repositioning and Finale seeming to be a finishing move. As a result, she is a good choice for players that favor agility over raw strength. Her reveal also gets players excited to see how she’ll fit into the rest of the roster and the team’s gameplay in terms of Nightreign co-op.
