DMZ: Nuclear Survival is a new open-world survival game

Wild Dog Inc. is a Japanese indie company that shows off DMZ: Nuclear Survival, an open-world survival game set in the post-apocalyptic world. Players wander the supercontinent ‘Pangaea’, a procedurally generated map filled with ancient ruins, biomes, and unknown resources. It is a base building, resource management, and combat game that lets players dig up relics, raise soldiers, and build both above and underground buildings.
It has the unique feature of extracting the genes of ancient relics and resurrecting the warriors of past civilizations, which brings a strategic aspect to the gameplay. As allies, players can also capture and train bears and ostriches. Like all Excalibur games, it features both a multiplayer and a single-player mode, taking over 100 players on dedicated servers. Assets are tracked in an in-game economy, which encourages the player to do numerous things to earn their wealth and dominance.
At the time of writing, the game is on Steam Wishlist and is going to be released on Windows 10/11 during Steam Early Access. The game is available in multiple languages like English, Japanese, and Chinese.
