Call of Duty Black Ops 6 players demand a Nuketown remake with an extended layout, since it is one of the greatest in-game maps. Many want the central road and adjacent buildings to have more open areas to ensure mobility and combat opportunities. The competitive rounds in such playlists, such as Nuketown 24/7 and Chaos Nuketown, are often spoiled by spawn traps because of the map’s confined design, further worsened by the omnimovement mechanic, which rewards quick and aggressive movement.
It’s speculated that the increased size of Nuketown would result in better flow, more combat engagements, and less frustration caused by spawn trapping. The COD fans have been actively posting their designs on the internet with the idea of a more open Nuketown without losing its essence.
Treyarch appears to be listening. With Season 3 Reloaded comes “Blazetown,” a makeover of Nuketown, in its rollout. The new variant of Nuketown, Blazetown, has a completely changed layout and unique visual changes, and it might even bring in effects such as modified gravity. This is a change in response to community feedback, but it remains doubtful whether this will fix the spawn issues on Nuketown.
Fans hope that Blazetown is an early attempt to improve the basic map and make it livelier and more competitive.
The map needs to be expanded, as the main road and additional houses are needed to reduce spawn-trapping problems.
Blazetown offers a modern look of Nuketown (bigger map and graphical design) set for Season 3 Reloaded.
The map's small size leads to players being eliminated immediately after respawning, especially in fast-paced modes.
Now that Blazetown is out, Treyarch wants to bring a bigger, more even playing ground.
