ARK: Survival Evolved
We are excited to hear about the latest updates for ARK: Survival Evolved! The developers have announced that a development roadmap will be released next month, and we can't wait to see what's in store. Additionally, the community vote has determined that Rhyniognatha will make an appearance in-game later this year. It's an extinct arthropod from 35 million years ago, before amphibians even existed!
The Survival of the Fittest console is expected to launch soon too. Plus, there are some great events running until February 17th where players can get increased XP, higher harvesting rates, and more. To top it off, wild dino colors will also be changed during this event period—how cool is that?
Patch 0.213.4 was a welcomed update for players of the game! Released on February 7, 2023, this patch includes new content such as a hexagonal gate and fishing hat that are sure to make gameplay more interesting and enjoyable. Additionally, several bug fixes and balance tweaks were added to improve the overall experience of playing the game.
The ballista now has two modes: one mode allows players to set specific targets by presenting it with a trophy, while enemies in Mistlands have been balanced so that mist torches are no longer primary targets when playing in this area of the game world. Fishing also received various tweaks, including returning bait if pulled in without fish or when recasting, which is great news for avid fishers!
Other fixes include adjustments made to Mistlands boss mobs and dungeons, as well as various other bugs related to networking and gameplay mechanics, making Patch 0.213 even better than before!
