Star Wars Outlaws is a great concept, but it just wasn’t as big of a hit as Ubisoft expected. While there are fans of the game, it has definitely been a slow release. In hopes of keeping some hype going around the game, there is a new free cosmetic DLC that is being given out on May 15th, inspired by the Skeleton Crew TV show.

This free DLC is set to be released alongside the ‘A Pirate’s Fortune’ story expansion. To celebrate the DLC Star Wars Outlaws released a free demp for fans that have nout previously played the game to try out, giving them access to three hours on Tatooine, While the games release wasnt as grand as expected, it seems like there will be a steady amount of gameplay updates and DLCs to keep veterans of the game happy.

Nintendo Switch is supposed to be the next console to have the latest Star Wars game’s compatibility, which is aimed at creating easier access for players, and hopefully drive the active players up. While the game hasn't been given too many bad reviews, there aren’t many great ones either, so hopefully the upcoming months of content and hype revolving around the game again can re-spark interest and bring it to the forefront of gamers' minds when they think Star Wars once again.
