The first major update to Schedule 1, version 0.3.4, is out in open beta with new content and improvements for the game.
You will now be able to explore the fully functional Pawn Shop near the warehouse entrance, where players can sell extra items to Mick to free up the inventory space. On top of that, there is one Bleuballs Boutique, which is run by Rays Realty and is already in business. It sells decorative that you can use to spruce up your base. This other area contains new wall-mounted shelves, vintage and modern wall lamps, and safes, and hosts many other collectibles such as gold bars and watches.
To gain access to these features, players can join in on the open beta by altering the game branch on Steam. By doing this, players will have early access to all new and future updates, thus being able to experience newer content and feedback on it before the full release.
Alongside that, the update also brings a number of quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes. Users can enjoy changed features such as the player lists not clearing when exiting the menu, delivery destination dropdowns overflowing in chat bubbles, and increased jar stack. Now, non-host clients should receive 'on day pass' and 'on week pass' events correctly.
The developer is planning for more cosmetic items and money-making opportunities, along with further bug fixes in future updates. The aim is to step up to bigger monthly updates and make better overall gameplay.
