Roblox development has been sending chills down the spine of players for decades. Having collaborated with co-creators and other streaming platforms like Hamilton and Netflix, the developers have produced 40 million game genres, mostly with other creators in the gaming community.
Roblox's recent launch Hell's Kitchen is a blast. The gameplay features scenes from the popular ITV show Hell's Kitchen. Since its debut in 2024, the release has hosted over 20 million players, with an average of 450,000 active players taking up cooking quests to appease the low-poly version of Gordon Ramsay.
The Hell's Kitchen Roblox game begins with a live show scene. Players are either placed under the Red Team or the Blue Team, where they must partake alongside others to win cooking quests inspired by the organizers of the show through a live service dinner with real customers. Often players are tasked with a challenge to cook a particular meal in a high-pressure environment. When they fail the quest, the game tone calls the player an "Idiot Sandwich" in a funny mockery manner.
The latest Roblox release is inspired by ITV's Hell's Kitchen Show starring Gordon Ramsay.
Roblox has partnered with quite a few popular franchises to release, which resulted in a major public experience — an example is Netflix Nextworld.
The only way to progress further in the gameplay is by winning cooking quests.
Prior to Hell's Kitchen, Roblox also collaborated with Hamilton to release Hamilton Simulator, a pop culture game that allows players to fight off enemies while playing songs from the hot musical.
