Fans of the Grand Theft Auto series have been patiently waiting for years for GTA 6 to be released, and this year is expected to be the big release year. It’s unclear whether that will happen, but it is looking likely, which is exciting news for a large population of gamers alike.
While the wait is on for this massive game to be with us, fans are already discussing features from GTA’s 2013 release, they would rather not see in GTA 6 Online, that being the Heritage character customization. Some fans are okay with it being in the game, many just felt there was much more customization freedom in previous games, where you could actively change how your character looked, and drastically at that.
I’m sure everyone who has played GTA can remember making their character look as realistic as possible, or for some, the complete opposite! The system, as is, prompts players to pick in-game parents from presets, then adjusts the amount of resemblance taken from each parent.
While this is an interesting concept and a way for the character to evolve naturally, many fans play the GTA games for the freedom of customization and objectives. Talks of the GTA 6 trailer are keeping the community edging to know when they will be able to see a tease of the new game.
GTA has always been the free fun game where you can do what you want, and having any kind of limitations on customization feels wrong with a title like Grand Theft Auto
The final release date has not been announced, but it is expected to be in 2025
There are reports that the multiplayer part of the game may be launched separately
Rockstar Games is the developer behind the world-famous series.
It doesn't look like GTA 6 will be a direct sequel to GTA 5
