Ubisoft Montreal stirred up the gaming community by announcing its new patch for Far Cry New Dawn. This has many fans excited and their attention drawn back to the scenic survival activities of the gameplay.
Since its debut in 2019, Far Cry New Dawn has gone through highs and lows, with lots of players attesting to its incredible storyline, features, and accessories. Six years have gone by, and lots of players are yet to move past this game patch.
Recently, Ubisoft's official account disclosed on Twitter the company's idea to add a 60 FPS patch for the Far Cry spin-off on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. The news got out of the bag without a choice, regarding the need to disable the game's FPS boost on all Xbox Series console upgrades. This sudden message emerged in preparation for the next release which will debut on Xbox in February 2024.
Rumors are circulating that the plan to disable the game will begin on January 31, 2025, at 7 pm EST or 4 pm PST. This temporary interruption will only affect Xbox users. Safe to say, PlayStation users will have no problem jumping over any hoop in preparation for the next Far Cry spin-off.
