Shooter fans, gear up—Delta Force has just dropped its biggest update yet! Team Jade, the developer behind the tactical shooter, has finally released the highly anticipated Black Hawk Down campaign, bringing an action-packed cooperative experience set in Mogadishu. Inspired by the 2001 Ridley Scott film, the campaign throws players into the heart of the 1993 Battle of Mogadishu, where strategy and teamwork are the keys to survival.
Originally delayed, the Black Hawk Down campaign is now free for all players. The mode features seven intense missions, designed primarily for squad-based play with up to four players. While solo play is an option, it's not for the faint of heart—enemies don’t scale, making it "extremely difficult" for lone wolves. If you think you've got the tactical chops, this might be your ultimate challenge.
The Delta Force community is loving the update, especially the fact that it’s free. Many fans are thrilled to relive the battle in Unreal Engine 5, praising the game’s realism. However, some players have raised concerns about historical accuracy and balancing.
With the Black Hawk Down campaign now in players’ hands, the question remains—will this cement Delta Force as a top-tier military shooter? Time to squad up and find out!
