The nests contain the royal eggs, and she will come after you after they are broken. The second option is to use the Royal Egg, which is already in your inventory. You can use it in the snow caves to challenge her directly.

Queen Spider’s Attack Phases
The Queen Spider has four phases of attack, during which she rotates during the fight. Two out of the four phases are mobile, with one stationary and a venom-spitting stage.
