The support is, though always helpful, a bit slow. If you open up a ticket and ask for help, you will get an answer roughly 10-14 hours later, Besides that, theres no real bad experience i had with ScalaCube. I would enjoy the possibility to build your own server requirements like: How many players do i want on my server to exist, and how much RAM do i actually need. At least to some extend. E.g. If i want to play on a modded server with my 2 friends, i dont really need a server with 8 Gb RAM, and 100 player slots. I dont know how well that would work in terms of hardware though.
