So far my experience with scalaube has been outstanding. At first my server did not have the appropriate amount of ram that was selected with the server purchase, however Scalacube fixed that problem instantly upon reaching out. Customer support is definitely there and well and that is all you can really ask for when paired with excellent up times, amazing connection speeds, and panel access.

If you've wanted to host a dedicated server for you and your friends to play games like Valheim or Palworld, this is your spot. The server is super stable, hosting at only 2 to 4 ppl on average. No drops, UI is super easy to use for the server, and customer service responds quickly if you submit a ticket.

Ive only been using Scalacube for 3 days and it’s awesome. I bought an 8gb Minecraft server and it runs smoothly. Installing mods and plugins is so simple and easy, and changing the server properties is too. Only problem I've seen so far is that they didn’t update some versions of Minecraft. Like theres no 1.20.4 version of geyser that you can install (yet). I just used the plugin to install it though. Overall great company, would def recommend.

The service is really good. I was with another provider that I will not disclose for our Palworld server. Since the game is in early access there is some bugs, some crashes. When I got with scalacube there was no crashes I was flabbergasted, really glod I had changed provider. Then I had my first crash with scala, I immediately contacted the support which were very fast to explain and support me. I would recommend to anyone this provider!

This server never lags and is amazing and works for all 20 of my friends no problem!

Worked perfectly no lag at all

I used them back in the day for Ark servers and when my friends couldnt find a reliable server hosting service to play palworld I figured I would go back and see if these guys were able to do it and sure enough they had a server ready in less than 24 hours at a great price and me and my buddies havent had any issues with the server so far very smooth and easy to operate.
