Puzzle

The Puzzle mod is intended simply to provide an easy environment for managing and configuring provided alternatives for OptiFix. For far too long lately, OptiFine would be the lynchpin supporting Minecraft, providing badly but really needed performances and graphical advancement. But now, it plays a contradictory role, not allowing much compatibility with loads of mods due to large portions of them being closed; hence making it really quite difficult for other active modders within the community to work with an already published product.

Many alternatives for OptiFine have been built, some of which have solved such kind of problems. Yet in most cases, they merely realize one certain feature of OptiFine, so the player still needs to install a lot of mods then configure them, which might cost much time and may be very annoying.

The Puzzle mod is a single, unified configuration for several different alternatives to the OptiFine mod and provides an easier-to-use installation and configuration process.
