Cobblemon - Pokémon Mod for Minecraft

Cobblemon is an open-sourced Pokémon mod developed for Fabric and Forge modding platforms, which hopes to be the most integrated and user-friendly Pokémon mod for Minecraft. This would provide an experience where a player could have as smooth a journey within Minecraft with Pokémon featured in the game. It is an open-sourced, community-driven mod; thus, it invites the community to fork the project and make changes.

Key Features:

  • Catch and Evolve Pokémon: Over 500 Pokémon to catch, battle, and evolve. Level up, unlock new moves, and evolve traditionally or through player choices.
  • Competitive Battle Mechanics: Competitive battle mechanics, using the Pokémon Showdown! engine, offer players the most accurate Pokémon battling experience.
  • Arceus-style Mechanics: Move relearning, running from battles, evolving Pokémon based on a player's choice.
  • Freedom of Movement on Battles: During battles, players can create, mine, or even fight mobs independently without disrupting the battle in any instance, thus granting more liberty.
  • Multiplayer Support: A person can battle or even trade Pokémon with friends in multiplayer mode.
  • Pastures for Pokémon allow Pokémon to roam freely in the world, enabling players to enjoy having their Pokémon out in the environment.
