Subscriptions can be canceled if you do not plan to continue using a service so no further charges would occur and can be done so with a few simple steps.
The first step is to go to Scalacube.com and log in to your account.
Once at the control panel, click on "Servers".
Select the server you would like the subscription to be canceled on and click on the "Name" of the server. In this case, the server name is "Eris 3943".
Scroll down until you find the "Subscription" section and click on "Cancel subscription" and enter the reason for your cancellation so we can further improve our services.
Click on "Confirm" and the Subscription will now be canceled. You can identify if it has been canceled if the "Cancel Subscription" button is no longer visible.
