How to Find Birdie in Stardew Valley

Birdie is not an easy person you can bump into immediately on entering Ginger Island, yet after becoming acquainted with what to do, it is, in fact, not that difficult to reach. She lives in Island West, where the beginning of the setting is blocked by a turtle lying in the middle of the road. And to open the door, you will have to give 10 Golden Walnuts to the parrot on Island South. In case the parrot has not yet appeared, feeding the parrot in the hut of Leo with one Golden Walnut will unlock the other parrots on the island.
The hut of Birdie is located on the beach after Island West has been opened. Her house is small and circular, and there are stacked logs on the side of the house, and there are two fish hanging above the house, which are clear indicators. The hut cannot be visited, but occasionally the Birdie comes into view outside, and thus you might have to visit it at the right time to get her.
This may make it a bit tiresome to locate her, particularly during moments when Ginger Island is a tropical environment, which implies that it rains a lot and the weather is rather unpredictable. You may be unable to control the weather, but you can still win without affecting your gameplay. Completing the Pirate’s Wife Quest in Stardew Valley
After finding Birdie, talking with her allows you to take on her quest, which is called the Pirate’s Wife. This quest is somewhat more complex than some of the other quests in the game, as you’ll need to complete a series of item trades to finally find Birdie’s missing treasured item. To start the quest, Birdie will give the player a War Memento which can be traded with Kent for Gourmet Tomato Salt. Being a food item, this can be traded with Gus in exchange for the Stardew Valley Rose, which can subsequently be traded with Sandy in the Calico Desert. Sandy will give you an Advanced TV Remote, which is naturally then traded with the TV-loving George for an Arctic Shard. Finally, the Wizard will trade the Shard for a Wriggling Worm. Being a valuable type of bait, this can then be exchanged with Willy for the Pirate’s Locket, which is the final trade needed for the quest.
In order to turn in the Quest, after completing all of these trades, return to Ginger Island and head back to Birdie. Equip the locket and gift this to her, which will complete the quest.

These are as follows: War Memento, Gourmet Tomato Salt, Stardew Valley Rose, Advanced TV Remote, Arctic Shard, Wriggling Worm, Pirate’s Locket.
The Wizard gave me a worm in exchange for the arctic shard. Did I do something wrong?
No! While it’s easy to assume you did something wrong to receive a wriggling worm in exchange for an arctic shard, the latter of which seems drastically more valuable, don’t fret: the worm is exactly what you need! Willy will take this worm in exchange for the Pirate’s Locket, which you need to complete the Pirate’s Wife quest.
Why can’t I find Birdie to start or complete the Pirate’s Wife quest?
Birdie can only be found in dry weather since the player cannot enter her house. As such, if it is raining and she is inside her house, you will not be able to find her until the weather clears up and she comes back outside.
Where does Birdie live in Stardew Valley?
Birdie, otherwise known as the Pirate’s Wife, lives on Island West of Ginger Island. In order to get here, you will first need to unlock Ginger Island, following which point, you’ll need to give the parrot inside Leo’s house a Golden Walnut. This unlocks new parrots; the parrot by Island West will allow you to get around the sleeping turtle for ten Golden Walnuts, which will finally enable you to find Birdie’s House on the beach at Island West.
