Pal spheres. They’re the backbone of Palworld. Without them, you can’t capture new Pals, expand your team, or progress through the game very much at all! However, farming the materials needed to craft Pal Spheres early on can feel like a grind; resources get used up fast, and suddenly, you’re stuck without the ability to catch new companions. Fortunately, there’s a handy strategy that players have discovered to keep their stock of Pal Spheres topped up, and it’s the perfect way to make sure you never run out of Spheres for your own adventures.

If you’re looking to optimize your Pal Sphere harvesting approach, there’s a lot to consider - and the so-called “Infinite Pal Sphere” method might be just the solution you’re looking for! Indeed, this method relies on taking advantage of the Palbox and the way Pals respawn - but, if you can get to grips with it, you’ll be able to easily harvest and farm Pal Spheres to use (or even sell), making progressing through the game so much easier overall.
Before you can trigger the Infinite Pal Spheres exploit, there are a few essentials you’ll need in place that make the glitch possible. Skipping these steps will make the glitch impossible to pull off, so make sure you’re fully prepared first of all (otherwise, you might just end up wasting time that you could be using to catch new Pals!).
First of all, you’ll need Pal Spheres. Any type will work for this glitch; it doesn’t matter whether they’re basic or upgraded versions. You’ll also need at least one mountable Pal and the appropriate type of Pal Saddle, which allows you to ride them; this is key for triggering the bug. Finally, you’ll also need a ranged weapon—a bow works well for this particular glitch, but any ranged weapon type should do the job.

To start the glitch, first, summon your mountable Pal and activate its Partner Skill so that you’re riding it. Then, while mounted, you’ll need to fire your weapon; then, immediately throw a Pal Sphere (you’ll need to have set Pal Spheres to a hotkey to make this possible). Your timing has to be really quick to make this work, as you’re effectively tricking the game into making this a single continuous action rather than two separate moves.
If you’ve done the switch quickly enough, you’ll find yourself locked into a strange state where the game thinks you have Pal Spheres equipped regardless of whether or not there are actually any in your inventory! However, you can’t unequip them anymore, so keep this in mind when exploring in case you come across a powerful Alpha Boss. Given this thought, it’s generally best to use this glitch in a Palworld multiplayer game, where your friends will be able to stand by your side and protect you while adventuring!
After triggering the glitch, you’ll be able to drop every Pal Sphere in your inventory onto the ground. Normally, this would leave you empty-handed, but because of the exploit, you’ll still be able to throw Pal Spheres, saving you from using up your actual supply of Spheres - so, these can be sold or used at a later time instead.

When you’re ready to stop catching Pals and get back to exploring moreso, simply log out and log back in to the game. This will reset your state, unequip the stuck Pal Sphere, and return you to normal gameplay.
No! Any Pal Sphere will work in Palworld to trigger the Infinite Pals glitch, including Basic, Mega, and Giga Pal Spheres. It’s generally best to use a basic Pal Sphere to avoid using the valuable ones, though!
No. Dropping your Spheres ensures you won’t consume them while the glitch is active. They’ll remain on the ground until you pick them back up, so long as you don’t leave them down for too long.
The Infinite Pal Sphere strategy is an excellent way to increase the number of Pal Spheres you have available to play - well, it literally allows you to use infinite numbers of Pal Spheres, at least for as long as the Pal Spheres are active in your equipment slot. Of course, it can take a very quick move between your weapon and the Pal Spheres to successfully pull this trick off, but with planning and potentially a little practice, you’ll be able to equip infinite Pal Spheres for your next expedition.
