Rust
Eye in the Sky, a new update for Rust, has been released. The update is packed with changes and additions that make the game more enjoyable for players. Upgrades include a player-operated drone, a C4 that can be detonated remotely, a new CCTV camera, and enhanced manufacturing capabilities. The drone may be picked up and dropped off anywhere, and it is controlled from a nearby computer station. The drone is part of the tier 2 workshop technology tree and can be unlocked there. Traps can be created using C4 that can be detonated remotely through RF, and it can also be utilized in the controlled demolition of an enemy base.
There is now a player-craftable CCTV camera system for constant, live monitoring and protection. The ceiling is the only suitable location for this camera, which can pan, tilt, and zoom. No longer do cameras need 5 volts, but only 3. These new, remotely-operated cameras are compatible with Rust+ as well. You can get the PTZ camera by advancing to the second level of the technology tree in the workshop.
A new filtering option, enhanced positioning, and improved crafters are just some of the industrial enhancements introduced in this release. There are now four blueprint slots available on the Industrial Crafter, removing the need for users to link conveyors to the blueprint slots in order to produce several goods. Industrial networks can now be up to 32 levels deep, enabling for more sophisticated architectures without the need for additional containers. The vending machine now spills half of its treasure when it is destroyed. The bugs with multithreaded networking have been ironed out, and starting next week, it will be activated automatically for all clients.
