With Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, a new card game is born to debut in the market. Gearbox Software and Nerdvana Games worked with the gaming company XYZ Game Labs to bring Tiny Tina's Robot Tea Party for Borderlands fans as it transports that franchise to tabletop gaming experiences.
This PvP game has 2 to 5 players build their own Claptrap robot replica from the Borderlands series. At first, each would have one Claptrap body with which to assemble their robot of collected elements: arms, wheels, and headwear accessories. Four unique themes rotate through the selection of Claptraps found in each game session: Pirate and Gentleman, Wizard and Sheriff, etc.
During gameplay, players can either build up their Claptrap by selecting appropriate parts or disrupt opponents by adding mismatched parts to their robots. Each game round contains special action cards that allow players to control the game flow using functions like stealing parts, discarding cards, and returning opponents to their initial position in the game. The player who finishes assembling a proper Claptrap can enter Tiny Tina's playful tea time.
The game delivers a Borderlands experience through its colorful artwork, character appearances, and witty writing style. The game has a total play session of approximately 15 minutes in each round and suits players aged 13 and older. Fans who want to acquire Tiny Tina's Robot Tea Party can get it at Amazon, Gearbox Loot Store, and other major retailers.
The game objective directs players to create complete Claptrap robots before other participants.
Two to five players can participate in this game design.
The game duration per round totals about 15 minutes.
The game can be purchased from Amazon and the Gearbox Loot Store.
