Grinding Gear Games revealed a dedicated livestream showing the 0.2.0 Path of Exile 2 update titled “Dawn of the Hunt” to their audience. The official Twitch channel of the game will broadcast the event, which will begin at 12 PM PDT on March 27. Viewers can watch this stream, followed by a Q&A session with directors Jonathan Rogers and Mark Roberts and streamer ZiggyD.
Path of Exile 2 will get the huntress as its new class, which uses spears and bucklers to combine speed and accuracy during combat. The Smith of Kitava joins the Warrior Ascendancy, while the Lich and Tactician together complete the Mercenary and Witch families of classes. These new additions provide their own unique combat methods to the game.
The release date for “Dawn of the Hunt” is set for April 4 on PC and all console platforms. The update will expand weapon selection along with new unique items while improving systems like the Passive Skill Tree. The upcoming update offers support gem enhancement alongside system improvements, which improves user experience and adds new endgame content.
A Twitch Drops event will start throughout the streaming event. Path of Exile and Twitch account connection lets players get free game rewards during livestream events.
