Landsraad Dune Awakening Guide
One of the core large-scale systems in Dune Awakening, the Landsraad shapes the faction influence, server-wide bonuses, and competitive progression between Houses. This guide will explain what the Landsraad system is and how the missions work in Dune Awakening and, more importantly, why it matters for your Guild to take part in it.
What is the Landsraad?

Make Your Own game Server
In Dune Awakening, the Dune Awakening Landsraad is a political council made up of several different Great Houses. While only House Atreides and House Harkonnen are options at launch, this system is designed around faction competition and alliance management. Each House has missions to offer; by completing these, your faction earns votes to help decide which side is dominant for this current term.
As you and your Guild work toward these common goals, progress milestones reward participants with relevant items and resources. The more missions your faction completes, the more votes you secure, and those votes determine who gets to shape the server at the end of each term. Since every faction and Guild is contributing all at once, the Landsraad encourages cooperation and internal competition: you're not only trying to outdo enemy factions but also other Guilds within your own. This blend of diplomacy, strategy, and common ambition makes the Landsraad one of the most socially dynamic systems in Dune: Awakening.
How the Landsraad Works
PvE and PvP Missions

The Landsraad Dune Awakening features 25 missions per faction, offering a mix of PvE and PvP challenges to the players. In such a way, every player can contribute somehow, be it a combat player, a crafter, or an explorer. Some missions are about defeating NPC enemies, securing resources, or completing faction tasks, while others send players into contested areas to fight rival factions. Mission types vary, so even PvE-only players can contribute to their faction's advancement in the Landsraad without being forced into combat with other players.
Landsraad Term and Weekly Reset

Essentially, the Landsraad Term is a part of the Dune Awakening Landsraad system, a weekly cycle that controls how much time your faction has to complete missions and gather votes. The timer expires, and with it, whichever faction has the most votes wins the round. At the end of each term, guild leaders of the victorious faction vote for a decree. These decrees are server-wide enactments that shape the entire ecosystem for all players on the server, either increasing resource output, better weather mitigation, or improving combat efficiency. Moreover, this turns the Landsraad into more than just a Guild activity, but one with meaningful consequences for all players. The community is tied together through political influence and long-term strategy.
