Frequently Asked Questions
Hand Crafting is not exactly a skill used to craft something straight out of your inventory but rather without the need for a workbench, using a feature that will allow one to create basic tools and objects such as torches, wood pickaxes, and wood shovels on the fly. This eases resource collection and survival through the early game in Core Keeper.
To craft items from Scarlet in Core Keeper, you have to defeat the first three bosses who drop it in order to synthesise the material from the core. Subsequently, the player must forge their way throughout Azeos' Wilderness in search of the Scarlet Ore. Once you have the ore, you should smelt it into the Scarlet Bars for advanced objects like the Scarlet Workbench and the Scarlet Pickaxe.
The Cartography Table is integral furniture crafted within Core Keeper that allows the player to share their map discovery information. Interacting with the table opens up a server-wide map, and progress with exploration is melded from each player.
Basically, Crestfall already has a server-wide map that melds everybody's exploration progress, meaning every other player can see the areas discovered by others—thus only making navigation and exploration easier.
