1. Get Minecraft server from ScalaCube
2. Install a KiwiPack server through the Control Panel (Servers → Select your server → Game servers → Add Game Server → KiwiPack)

Very good hosting service. The renewing process is great. It doesn't auto-renew so you're not wasting money. If you ever want to play your world again just simply go to your server settings and select renew. Way better than other services such as Minehut.
