I've used Scala cube for many o' servers in my days. I've had some hiccups along the way but i can usually find a guide on you video links. Once or twice I've used your ticket system and gotten my answer back within a reasonable time. Only complaint i could think of is maybe a little cheaper but I'm sure this is the best you could offer so good luck and thanks for the servers.
