This is very definitely a survival pack, but it is so difficult. There are so many different elements that you couldn’t possibly have predicted, and they all come out of the woodwork to cause you issues. The developer themselves couldn’t actually survive past the first night, which gives you some indication of just how difficult this is. So if you’re going to have a go at it, then good luck to you, because you’re going to need it. No one is exaggerating when it comes to the difficulty of this, it is absolutely insane just how crazy things get.

But let’s just look at the technical specifications and just see how the whole thing has been put together. This pack runs on 1.10.2, so it is one of the more advanced versions of the system. We recommend that you get a pretty powerful PC, a high powered CPU, between 6 to 10 GB of RAM, and then you’ll be just about ready to go. There are so many different elements to explore, and options for people to think about, but it really does shine through just how difficult this mod pack is, but at the same time it has been very well put together especially when you consider it was just done for a giggle.

The gauntlet has very definitely been thrown with this particular model pack. Can you survive? Can you live beyond the day, knowing that there are all kinds of challenging things to deal with? Most people can’t, even the developers can’t, and they designed it. So if you are someone who can survive past the first night, then you are definitely in the elite of Minecraft players, because this is really tricky to try and work out, and there are a lot of different mechanics at work that will make you tear your hair out in frustration.

So overall, this is a pretty fun thing to try and play, there are a lot of different mechanics nicely at work here, and there is an incredibly rewarding difficulty spike for people who prepared to tough it out and see what happens. This is definitely not an easy version of Minecraft, so if that’s what you’re expecting, you should probably just turn around and go away now. This is tough, this is a challenge, but this is also undeniably worth it if you want to try and do something incredibly interesting
