I never have had any problems. With 4 gigabytes of ram i am easily able to run a server with many mods and a large world.

I had issues at first with changing my map to the Fjordur one provided with them but the support team were quick to assist me and helped fixed my issue within a couple hours and even gave additional days to my current plan, free of charge. Some time ago, I bought server for minecraft. Before that I was on aternos, and I should say - the server is wonderful! The server never lagging and I do not have any complant about it. Deserved five stars.
