I've used their service for about two weeks now and I've loved it. I've tried a bunch of other hosting services but they would have some issues that they just couldn't resolve (one said there were no servers available in USEast and another just straight up didn't offer USEast, and I had some other issues too), while the one time I had some problems with the server on scalacube I asked for help and got a response in 10 minutes fixing it.

At the moment it works perfectly for me, easy way to configure it and very intuitive.
