All in all a very good provider for the cost. Stable servers and good support just a few minor annoyances.
Pros -
Cost is lower than other providers.
Tech support responds quickly to issues (quicker than other providers I have used).
Good simple clustering process.
Stable servers with minimal downtime.
Cons -
Slightly limited options for server changes without direct INI editing.
Default settings for Ark Tamed Dino Add Per Level is incorrect, set at 1 as default by server and not 0.14 (as it is in ARK itself) this overrides the default server setting and means you have to know and adjust this if you want official server settings (not a huge issue but would be nice if default on this server is default ark settings).
As I am UK based latency can be a little high vs other providers in which you can specify server location not bad just a little higher.

Scalacube is fast and reliable. Have used a few other services in the past and this is just better. You guys always have the mods I'm looking for (even obscure ones occasionally). Couldn't ask for more really. You get what you pay for and this is no different.

Scala cube is a really good mine craft server host. But there is one thing that would change mine to 5 stars. It would be able to download the console so you don't have to wait every time you execute a command.
