The server that I've had has been working great for me and my friends. I think the support is okay and has a quick response time. However, my one nitpicking thing is that if you update, restart or whatever, the server could take up to 20-30 minutes for others and me to be able to connect.

Was running smoothly then I experienced some trouble. I had too many plugins installed and I didnt have enough RAM. I contacted support within 4 hours I had 2 replies from them letting me know what the issue was. Upgraded to more RAM and havent had an issue. Very easy to set up, helpful staff and a stable experience. I would reccommend this website to anyone I knew thinking of hosting and of the supported games.

From what I've used so far with this company, I've had little to no lag on my 1.5GB RAM Agrarian Skies 2 server for me and a couple friends. The prices scale a bit quickly, but, they also will be for bigger servers that will probably have donations and such. The first month being 50% off was also a great thing, for anyone really. Try it for half off, and if you like it, keep paying for it. And if you don't, you didn't lose too much. I also sent in a ticket asking how to do something, and I was replied to within a day of an explanation of how to do that certain thing.
Long review short, great company, active customer support, very very simple to set up, and works as advertised.

Solid hosting service. Very little lag and it was very useful for the "ram recommendation" tip when deciding which server to host. However, a few upgrade could be made in the file editing of the software, and hopefully be able to input files directly from the website rather than using third party software.

As a server owner, I appreciate the ease one gets with your service. I can literally do everything from the control panel I need to in order to keep my server up to date and running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to get a server hosted to try ScalaCube and learn what I have if you want something at a great price but still has 5-star service then ScalaCube is the place for you.

With zero java background, I never felt comfortable making a server to play with friends. These guys simplified the whole process and it's been a breeze to set up/use! The report management tools make it easy to understand and see how we are using our data packages too. Well worth a look! (Plus it was the most cost effective I've found too!!)
