The freedom to easily switch modpacks on the fly, and the ability to host multiple servers is a unique feature that trumps all other hosting sites. The staff are responsive, helpful, and easy to contact. Would highly recommend ScalaCube hosting to anyone looking to run a minecraft server.

Process is pretty straight forward. Only hiccup was the initial setup took longer that I thought it should have (a day) I'm assuming it was for the DNS but I could have signed in using the IP address. Beyond that, easy to use and seems reliable so far.

Its nice b/c i can change out servers as much as i want and not have any problems and i like that i can also select how much ram i want each server to have!

Server setup was easy and fast, but the menus can be a little confusing when trying to find certain features such as server map size and name. But overall I would definitely recommend!

Scalacubes hosting is of top quality but it's control panel sometimes confuses me as a beginner to hosting. However Scalacube's speed of updates and quality of support easily make up for that.

The backup feature should not be a paid feature, I wish it was free like many hosting sites for MC servers.
This would increase trust between you and the customer more, where they know you're willing to protect their server more.
