I have been playing classic Tekkit on a server hosted by ScalaCube, and it has ran perfectly and without errors. My friends and I love playing Tekkit, and the easy server management with the custom mod setup (at no extra cost) is astounding, I would whole heartedly recommend this hosting provider to anyone who is searching for a cheap provider.

I am going to write a little review about my experience a bit short.
So I purchased a minecraft plan and was having some issues with the lagg.
I contacted there customer service they emailed me back within a day and get everything sorted for me.
Very very helpful and fast customer server.

I've had no issues with my server so far, then again, we've only been playing for about a day or so. It works well enough to run mods to play a server for my stream though, and at a cheap price it's the best option I've come across.
