I'm running a custom modpack with a bunch of mods, as well and most importantly a Voice Chat mod, and I have to say out of all the servers I've tries this one has worked the best with it!

Great service, can swap files easily/worlds and with the Spigot server you can add lots more plugins. This service provider exceeded my expectations for a minecraft server host. Cheap prices also!
