After submitting a support ticket i was able to get in contact with them in under a day, and they provided me with a whole new server to test out and figure out what was going on. Their UI and website is easy to use and lets me have full control of my server.

Really amazing!
The website is really easy to navigate. Everything has its own subheading. The videos are also very helpful to anyone that hasnt hosted a server before.

When I had some lag trouble, I was given a separate temporary server for debugging for free. Incredible service.

We had a few problems with the server at first where it would lag no matter what, but within a day of contacting the support team we got given a new server with the same specs and it worked perfectly. If the response wasn't so fast and good then I wouldn't have recommended it. Apparently at first we just got really unlucky with a dodgy server
