The mod support has been incredibly helpful for my friend and I when we play together since neither of us really knew how to set up a server, or a cluster previous to using the site. Best server hoster that I have encountered. Server is always up, a great interface to manage the server, lots of usefull video tutorials on how to do more stuff on the server.
