Much better than other services I've purchased. Literally the same day I bought this server, another service took my money and literally did not give me a server.

Absolutely love it, price was cheaper than a different site i used and runs better as well. I live in asia and i play with my friend in the US and we both get fairly good ping so we can both enjoy

First time trying my own server. Has great videos that walk you through. Did not take long to get server up and running. Once it was up, the additional videos to help maintain you server really helped. Would recommend to friends and anyone trying to set their own server.

Really easy to setup for first time

I love using scalacube its awesome for getting servers for ark there is only 1 issue i have and that when fiddling with advanced options its hard to tell if increasing options is a good effect or bad! (many times have i accidentally increased the fall dmg so high i would die from just jumping up and down!)

Great service overall, easy simplifications of the options and configurations that allows to get the perfect options for the server.

The quality of the server is great. I haven't had any problems with the server yet and it works better than most of the other offerers.

I would, without any doubt nor hesitation, 100% say that this company is brilliant. I purchased a server, and having ADHD I kind of like things done yesterday. However! I was a little impatient and rushed into a purchase, the wrong package, and I very quickly after playing around for a few hours among other hosting packages I have (with other companies - which I shall not name). The customer services, response time, and features you have to manage your servers are second to none and I intend to eventually move all of my services over to this provider. Five stars for company plus extra star for service!

Kind of weak UI for running an ark server, and takes a long time to boot up. However, it runs smoothly once it is online. Also the mods page leads a lot to be desired.

I will introduce it to more people and let them know that this hosting server is really easy to use and affordable.

I haven't had too many issues that haven't been simple fixes I simply overlooked, or that the support team hasn't immediately jumped on to help me fix. I give them a 9/10 only because there are some options that I cannot override directly that is simply the game itself not working with the hosting servers.
