Great service :) It's excellent for managing a small server. Plugin implementation is easy, FTP file management for backups is simple, reboot times are quick, and it provides useful system statistics like RAM and CPU usage. The service is fast, stable, and user-friendly. Highly recommended!

no problems with the server at all, runs great and haven't had any crashes. support is a little here and there sometimes very fast responses sometimes it takes a while

Look, they do offer a great service. I was a bit weary at first being I'm in Aus I didn't how well their serves would hold with my modpack in question. But they've done really well. Nothing crazy bad has happened. No drop outs everything clean, polished and running smoothly.

Been reliable, Had a few hiccups in the beginning about the ram usage and amount required for a specific server, but in the end got it working!
