I had an unexpected error on my original server, and within the next 12 hours customer service reviewed and suggested a new server, test the issue, and if the new server resolved the problem, we would just move that to my plan instead. Very easy to talk to, great response times. best customer services from any server hosting I've ever had.

Running over 60 mods at once with over 20 players and ram keeps ahold of itself while storage is more than enough. Super easy to configure mods and whitelist as well as server properties. Pricing is very fair.

Had performance problems with my last Ark Server provider (constant rubberbanding, lags, sometimes crashes),
Changed to Scalacube.
Sofar no problems, server runs smooth, even with a lot of mods and high dino population!
