Although the automatic systems around changing a free server into a paid server have been a little bumpy, the customer service has been top notch.
Friendly staff and prompt service.
The hosting also seems to be good quality, I haven't experienced any drops or crashes since using Scalacube.

At first I was taken back by the lack of ease of use, but that was when I realized that they give you so much more control than the other competitors. I often-times find myself working on the server's features more off of the control panel, using external programs. Because of all of the access I get I give it 5 stars
