I am an absolute noob at setting up a server and ended up messing it up pretty badly, but the customer support worked closely with me and held my hand and taught me everything I needed to know. They were INCREDIBLY helpful and responded super fast, and now my server is working like a dream!

What I think is really great about this hosting service, is the overall flexibility and simplicity of the hosting service itself.

So far everything has been running smoothly and there has been no issues with staff either. They are quick to respond with any questions.

I'm having barely any problems, you can add custom modpacks, and there are a lot of mods and plugins I can add, which makes it really fun and overall one of the best server hosting websites.

I have played with 2-3 friends on modded minecraft and its GREAT!

Out of all the Ark hosting servers I have used, ScalaCube is by far the best one. Everything is very user friendly and easy to use. I run with about 10-25 mods at any given time and its very smooth. Now i will notice some lag when going to a new area but thats to be expected. I absoulutly love this company!

The server actually works unlike the Nitrado server!

Had issues in beginning with original server. Reached out to support and they helped find a solution to the issues. Little lag time from time, but nothing too serious
