I was skeptical at first because I had joined a server and it was laggy but it was presumably from a different region. I tried my luck with buying a server and it has turned out to be lag free and my friends can join perfectly fine. The fact I can also get a response within a reasonable time is also very good and helps make my overall experience much better.

When I had issues with my server then I put in a ticket, and you responded very quickly and helped me with my issue. 5 stars guys.
