Honestly, this scalacube server is really good. It’s not expensive at all and the pricing is very reasonable.
If you’re just playing the normal vanilla version of Minecraft, even the cheapest plan is more than enough. Playing with a few friends won’t cause any lag.
For large modded gameplay, I’d recommend 6GB or 8GB of RAM, which is already sufficient to run most mods smoothly.

Initial Assessment: Great speed, great 24x7 connectivity. Servers startup quickly and can connect multiple players with ease.
Current Use: Playing with multiple players on java edition w/o mods across the globe. Have had up to 10+ players without lag. Pricing scheme includes great speed, memory, and space with ability to add multiple servers. Ability to FTP and download world files for local backups is a plus. Will definitely be looking to continue my experience depending on needs moving forward.

I have been using this server for a couple of weeks and It has been VERY stable. The prices are affordable and the slots they have setup for the players are ideal for their price range. i cannot recommend this enough. I am currently running a custom modpack version of the server and I have had 0 problems with it.

Good hosting overall. The server works well and is quite stable, even when using mods. The control panel is intuitive and makes server management easy. Sometimes it can take a bit longer to start, but overall the experience is positive and recommended.
