Support is very active and always there to help you. Server runs great and really easy to use! The only small issue I have is I've experienced slight RAM issues, however that could potentially be due to my server's mods and configurations.

I have been with this company for many many years and love how easy it is to change servers on the fly. plus it doesnt take long to install new servers and packs even if you have no idea about setting up and running servers.
